Personalized items & downloadable digital content (ebooks) can not be returned.

Except for personalized items and downloadable digital content, all items in our catalog are covered by our hassle-free no-questions-asked 30-day return guarantee.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Any surprise gifts or promotional material included in your purchase must be returned along with your purchased item. Any surprise gifts or promotional material not received with your return will be deducted from your purchase amount at market value.

RETURN PROCESS

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

For domestic US orders, charges are determined by the weight of the order and will be deducted from your refund.

For orders outside the US, buyers are fully responsible for all shipping and customs charges.

Wholesale orders will incur an additional 5% re-stocking fee applied to the total purchase value.
